By discovering their own unique perspective and learning to understand and appreciate the distinct outlooks of others, participants in the Leading Leaders Trans-Cultural Workshop learn to more effectively motivate and manage individuals and groups at home and around the world.

Our mentoring program is one of the most distinct features of the Leading Leaders approach. We believe that individual interaction between women helps build interpersonal skills and develop managerial style. As women in power grow as leaders and begin to mentor others, social networks are built and positive change is refined and reinforced.

With each of our coaching sessions, participants in the Women's Leadership Journey become more empowered through the process of self-discovery and better able to demonstrate and exercise effective leadership. By the end of the final coaching sessions, those women who complete the Women's Leadership Journey will have undergone a phenomenal transformation and become their most authentic selves. These newly-empowered women will be able to re-enter the business environment with a greater capacity to affect positive change through the power of leadership.
